At ANR, we operate two full surface mount lines, utilising three machines.

With mixed technology capabilities - from traditional through-hole and hand placement surface mount to fully automated surface mount placement – we offer PCB assembly services, as well as sub-contract PCB assembly, to one-off requirements through to volume production.

Quality management procedures integral to our ISO 9001 accreditation are hard wired into all ANR Manufacturing’s activities and all staff at our Electronics Division work to IPC-610 levels 1-5. Our placement range covers 0201 through 1210, BGA to Micro BGA and up to 50mm² QFP. We support our BGA placement with X Ray Inspection services as well as being able to offer managed Flying Probe services where and when required. 

Board production and placement is controlled via machine cameras and enhanced with AOI for alignment. Visual inspection and testing of units to customer specific requirements also enhance confidence in our placement quality.

Testing and other support capabilities for our PCB assembly services and sub-contract PCB assembly provision include IC programming, ICT (In Circuit Testing), Analogue, Digital and RF testing.

Our capacity is controlled through our software system.  Our scheduler module allows us real time evaluation for peaks and troughs and allows us to be flexible to requirements targeting a high on-time delivery rate.
