ANR is a supplier of high quality and high tolerance CNC machining, we have five Hurco CNC Milling centres which are fully supported by our Solid Cam® CNC programming software, allowing all of our milling centres to be fully 3D capable.
We program and machine directly from a customer’s model or create CNC programming from 2D drawings, depending on our customer’s requirements.
Our standard CNC milling machining envelope is 950mm (W) x 450mm (D) x 400mm (H), although projects have been undertaken that required handling larger sizes.
We complement production with a full range of precision tooling which allows us to use a CNC milling machine to a high tolerance and surface finish as required by many of our customers. We produce metalwork for a wide range of industries including Military and Commercial products, these range from 1 off prototypes through to large production runs.
Our ability to use a 5-Axis milling machine gives our manufacturers the capability to produce complex parts in a fraction of the time, allowing your orders to be met on time or before schedule.
The 5-Axis milling machine allows us to move a tool or a part in five different axes simultaneously. Being able to cut in different directions provides clients with the knowledge that their orders are being dealt with by professionals, through the use of the latest milling technology.
