Precision placement and inspection
Our placement capabilities support a wide range of component packages from 0201 sizes through to BGA and Micro BGA, and QFP packages.
To ensure accuracy and quality, board placement is controlled using advanced machine vision systems and automated optical inspection (AOI). Additional inspection processes further verify placement quality and assembly integrity.
Where required, we also support X-ray inspection for BGA placement and can provide managed third party testing services.
