Controlled storage and inventory management

All materials and components are stored using controlled, fully traceable inventory systems. This ensures accurate stock management and provides clear visibility of materials throughout the manufacturing process.

ANR also supports customers by securely storing finished products ready for scheduled dispatch. Regular inventory reporting provides customers with clear insight into stock levels and material movements.

Where customers supply their own materials, we can manage free issue components, providing secure storage, controlled handling and full stock reporting.

Flexible supply chain scheduling

To support different production models, ANR manages supplier schedules using a range of supply chain planning methods, including scheduled deliveries, call-off orders and Kanban systems.

This approach allows production to remain flexible while ensuring materials are available when required.

Stock can also be held at ANR to support projects that require rapid production turnaround or consistent product availability.

Packaging and product protection

Where required, ANR can support the design and manufacture of product packaging and protective materials. Working through our supply chain, we help develop packaging solutions that both supports brand awareness and also protects products during storage and transportation.

This can include arranging specialist packaging certification, such as drop testing, to ensure packaging meets the necessary performance standards for safe distribution.

Supporting global manufacturing supply chains

For components manufactured both on and offshore, ANR works closely with suppliers to ensure products are designed for efficient and reliable production. Our team can provide Design for Manufacture (DFM) feedback to identify opportunities for improving product cost, design, production efficiency or material selection.

Component sourcing and lifecycle support

We also support customers with sourcing specialist or difficult-to-obtain components. This includes assisting with last-time buys (LTBs) and locating hard-to-find parts required to maintain ongoing production or support existing product lines.
